All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no product branding on the outside.
Tracking Included
Every order receives a tracking number via email once shipped.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday–Friday are processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping regions — please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Phiogen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be charged for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@phiogen.is within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund your order as appropriate.
